Limitations of a membership programme

The programme you are embarking on is a membership programme and as such we can only give information to help you transition to a low-carb lifestyle. We cannot give individual advice for specific problems you may have. If you need individual advice at any point, we can provide 1:1 appointments at an additional charge. We give 20% discount on the advertised price on our website for people who are participating in our membership programme.

Though our membership programme is evidenced based, we cannot guarantee that you will lose the weight you desire or reach any of your health goals. People are very individual in their responses to low-carb eating and other health conditions or medications may prevent you from losing weight. We will endeavour to help and support you as much as we can to reach your goals.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to join The Low Carb Club

Membership payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments

We currently only offer a monthly billing option. This will be kept under review and if there is sufficient demand in the future, we may introduce quarterly or annual subscription options. We will inform you of any changes to our billing options via email.

Payments will be taken automatically each month, on the date you started your subscription, from the debit or credit card that you sign up with. All our payments are handled through Stripe.

If you default on payment, you will be granted 14 days to make good the missing payment. Failure to make a payment or to notify us of a problem with making your payment will result in your membership being terminated.

You can keep track of payments from your membership page.

Your payment fee will remain fixed for the duration of your membership. However, if you cancel your membership and then decide to rejoin the club, you will be charged at the current membership rate.

Cancellation.

On your membership page you can cancel your subscription at any time. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Your membership will continue to be active until the end of the last month you paid for.

Refunds.

If you request a refund, we will examine the individual circumstances surrounding the charge and do our best to be fair. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, we reserve the right to deduct an administrative fee from refunds, currently £5 plus fees paid by us to process your payments via Stripe. You can send a refund request by emailing us at info@cinnamondays.co.uk and we will deal with your request as quickly as we can.

While evaluating each situation, our maximum refund policy is two months.
